We’ll teach you all about opening and running a bagel store.
My name is Robert Goldberg and I am one of the owners of Goldberg’s Famous Bagels. My family has been making bagels since 1949 and I am part of the third generation of Goldberg’s Famous Bagels. Currently we own and operate over 20 stores across the tri-state area. I personally build stores for clients, design, negotiate leases, and work with all phases of opening a bagel store. I have been designing bagel stores since 1985, and continue to design and build stores today, that includes my own as well as across the country spanning from New York to California. Additionally, I am passionate about out of country experiences as well. I’ve been opening, operating, and designing stores for over 30 years.
What training do you provide?
We love training our customers and will assist them in becoming bagel specialists even if they have never touched a cup of flour before. My clients will train in one of my fully operational stores, training with my staff as well as myself. We will teach you everything you need to be successful, and we will ensure that your team members meet the unique needs of bagel business operations.
Training will include: using POS system for register, sandwich training, bagel making, food preparation, board of health procedures, ordering, day to day operations, and more.
